The scamming/phishing? I'm sure it does when people so casually ignore warnings to watch something as trivial as the Tour, which can be seen at a dozen other places.

Any slightly more secure sites you might be able to recommend for people outside of the UK? I'm in the Philippines and so accessing ITV or Eurosport isn't an option.

If you're watching on an Android phone, mobdro is good. It's an app you can download from their website.
