Have posted frame details just now it has 25mm tyres on but do not think it will take 28mm ones, as they were not around on 2004 for road bikes..Also tyre sizes vary from company to company, I have some Vittoria 32mm file tread tubs on my cross bike and if you measure them they are 30mm. !! Still for sale.

front track 58.5cm centre of BB to centre of fork ends
rear track 40.5 cm centre bb to centre of rear dropout.
top tube height from ground 81cm (32 inches)
there are 12mm of spacers under the stem.I am 5ft 10ins 32 inside leg and you can see how much seat post is out..

I have a v similar age Duende it has clearance for 25s and true 28s {Contis in my experience}just,but can barely fit in Challege Paris-Roubaix 27's which are 'round' and bit puffy,lovely respray also

I have a friend with a Venge Vias and trying to get 23mm to fit is a problem as the clearence is so tight and inboard brakes !!!

For sale 55cm Pegoretti Marcelo road bike.
2004 build ( have original receipt ).
Built with oversized, heat-treated Columbus Niobium Spirit, steel tubing.
Reynold Ouzo carbon forks.
Totally restored in 2016.
Paintwork by Ian da Costa.
New parts fitted were
FSA headset
Campagnolo Chorus rear mech /front mech
Campagnolo Centaur chainset and bottom bracket
Campagnolo Veloce 10 speed ergo levers..
Original parts used
ViceVersa handlebars/stem
PMP titanium seat post
Campagnolo record brakes
Campagnolo Scirrocco wheels (bearings replaced)
Since rebuild only used for about 200 miles.
Only for sale as have hip problem and cannot get on or off it safely !!
