The 38 south of Mad was also no cycling but was used by loads of racers:

That could happen in theory but I'm not aware of it actually having happened last year. TBH I wasn't aware of any roads that were banned but which had looked ok on streetview. I accept there could have been some but I don't think there were many.
Knowing your perfectionist / honest approach, I looked at your routing to identify that another rider had infringed - where you had to do a back-road detour to avoid a short-ish stretch of banned road. In that example, there was a sign on streetview.
