Preferably a qualified cycle instructor but if not that's also fine, just remember it's supporting other riders and not a total jolly.
Meet at 9am in Wimbldeon, cycle a group of people into town before 11am.
Free to go off and do whatever you like in the middle, take part in the freecycle ride, go have lunch, go to the cinema.
Meet again at 3pm and cycle them back to Wimbledon easily finished by 5pm.
4hrs paid, rate based on experience.
