Let's face it, would Tottenham, Arsenal, Liverpool or even Man City or Man United tolerate a manager who only won one League and one FA Cup in his first two seasons? I suspect not.

starting to get nervous about our transfer dealings, apart from our interest in Grealish, and the knowledge we’d like to swap Toby for martial, and dembele leaving either to Italy or China. There hasn’t been much news. Apart from us being used as stalking horses to get new contracts or up the bidding on players.
Need a cm, maybe a Toby replacement and probably an attacking mid that can play as a striker, and we need them soon seeing as how missing out on the sheriff’s boot camp if you arrive at the end of the transfer window can really stunt your playing time. Which we do not need with our slow starts not doing anything for our league aspirations.

I fully expect James Maddison to be pushing for a starting place in the very near future, and honestly don't think he'd have been out of place had he been the 'gamble' taken along to this year's tournament.
