75's have always been their own taper I think. They're closer to ISO than JIS but Sugino still reckon it deforms the cranks if you use an ISO BB. It's probably less of an issue if you've got a sealed BB as you don't need to be taking the cranks on and off for maintenance so often.
Sugino do a sealed BB now (CBB-SG75) that is apparently quite good, that's what I'm going to use on my Brompton when I switch the cranks.
Sugino 75's have their own proprietary bb, different taper to iso and jis, will work with either but won't be an exact fit.
The best square taper bb you can buy is an SKF but if you want to stick with the 75's I'd get a matching Sugino BB, they have an option with sealed bearings now I think.
