Just sent the geometry and spec list to the builder. Things should be happening soon...
@mostly_by_bike has been badgering me to adopt a slack head tube angle and short stem, much like modern mtbs. I'm sceptical but also intrigued... Other gravel bikes haven't adopted the slack (around 68-69 degrees) as far as I can see. So: I've settled on a 71 degree headtube, EC44/ZS44 with probably a cane creek angleset which should allow a range from at 69.5 to 72.5. steep for front loading (low trail); middling for normal riding; slack for battering around single track.
