Not sure how often you muller your tyre sufficiently to unseat it while still being able to seal so you can stay tubeless.
Seems to be aimed at the kind of folk who are out of range of bike shops for weeks/months at a temperature, and carry sewing kits to patch up their tyre sidewalls.
Totally agree on the shovel placement point. Imagine getting used to scoffing jellybeans straight from your top tube bag, then absent mindedly reaching down...
You’d take a bike that’s relying on pressurized air in it’s tubes on expedition in remote locations? I doubt it’s aimed at people who actually do expeditions/long tours.
If you’re concerned about weight fill it with pressurized helium. Probably won’t stay in for too long though.
