Decathlon, CRC, PX if they arrive.
Lidal/Aldi ? no idea if they sell them among other bike stuff.
Tescos are like £3+ wilkos are similar and halfords.
Recently had some Decaths 700x38 £2.19 seem ok. Got some lighter 700x28 Schwalbe for £3.99 from crc.
Did try local bike shop few years back, got a tube and old school rubber patch kit, had "some" change from a tenner.
