The cranks are lighter than a hollow tech set up,
To post by jtek is spot on, and even has the flared lip on the end so I doesn’t pull out the top, I wouldn’t entertain carbon myself, I would also go for a TPW ti bar to match.
The brakes are good, change the pads for shimano DA ones and they are much better, sounds like your caliper isn’t tight enough, just pull on the brake hard and wing the 5mm on the back of the fork up a bit - then check the pads are hitting the rim at the same time.
The bells are okay, when we get out of maternity and earning a little more I will be buying us a pair of spur cycle bells - IMO the only bell worth buying.
If you want to loose more weight there are lots you can do, and also lots of stuff that costs lots but doesn’t save you anything / much.
A TPW ti B.B. will save you a nice amount but at £120/£175 it’s a chunk of cash... you can buy ACE ones online for £35 odd, got one to fit as we speak - will be my first dealing with them. Also got a ACE crankset to fit - will update of weight savings etc.
Lose some weight in the cranks with something like hollowtech or gxp. Might be more cost effective than a Ti bb. Suppose it depends on how much the current cranks weigh?
Carbon bars are a good shout. I'd maybe go with a Ti seatpost but that's cos I'm forever moving mine up and down with the QR so I assume it'd scratch/rub the post too much.
