The van seat is bolted to the floor and doesn't slide on rails. I'd hoped the van and people carrier versions would have the same floorpan, but unfortunately not. In the end I used the old seat rail on one side and fabbed some bracket between the rail and new seat base. Had some 5 mm steel that was the perfect thickness as a spacer and bracket. Some drilling, grinding and tapping later I was almost ready to bolt the new seat in.
