I think Belgium will be fatigued and flat after two tough games.

Exactly what I was thinking. Also think whoever of France/Belgium reaches the final will have further fatigue (more so than other finalist) and surely suspensions to deal with (as well as Pagan curses and general negative karma) for when they face England on the 15th
