A rug would sort that out.
The area has a lot of possibilities and a lot of these opportunities seem missed. Loads of potential off camber eg.

It’s summer cross, it’s meant to be fast and furious, not a skills test.

...In your opinion. That's fine.

Less salty edit: I think they could still have a fast course and use the terrain better. I did enjoy myself and main frustration was just the steps with barriers in front. But I understand why now.
