Granted, the new shifters look nicer, but they're so unreliable! When they changed them, 1/10 out of box bikes needed a new shifter.
I have swapped out a few, but its a brand new product so some initial issues are to be expected. The one on my and my OHs bike have been flawless for over a year!
Fair do's. I suppose they did introduce them after a factory change, so teething problems expected. Still fun to hack though.
