Wasn't a commute but I rode the road I used to commute along and I been spoiled I forgot to the shear shitfuckery of the road, long and straight and reasonably wide so drivers feel ok overtaking you at speed and barely leaving the lane. It was a cluster fuck of gooch-thightening constant shit passing with the occasional driver making the effort to leave the lane. I moved further and further out to force less shit-passing but it was a sharp illustration of how the geography of a road influences driver behaviour
