As of yet, no one has implemented Bluetooth audio streaming without degradation to audio quality. Therefore, recommendations are quite redundant.

Given that most people are streaming mp3s or CD rips then APT-X HD is generally of a higher quality than the source.
(I don't have any recommendations for speakers though. There probably aren't that many as the SD slot will make the waterproofing trickier.)

As of yet, no one has implemented a small speaker that can accurately replicate the fidelity of a proper Hi-Fi system in a small portable speaker without degradation to audio quality. Taking this into account, you will notice that I, clearly, don't mind the loss of quality for this application. Therefore, your answer is quite redundant.
