is it a spacing issue ? Eno comes in 126/130/135mm.

eccentric bottom bracket or an eno are the best options i would say
i wouldn't mess with the dropoutsbuy the eno and be done with it, you'll have a wheel for life that can be moved from bike to bike, where as the drop out route all you've done is mess up a frame, prices being much the same i'd say

Or consider a new frame; Dolan ally track frame at £225 is probably about the same as the ENO hub plus getting a wheel built for it.
Unless you know someone who’s handy with aluminium welding, replacing the dropouts is almost certainly not cost effective.

No it was just a couldn’t find one. I’m not sure I could part with £175 for one, we had one at the shop I work at and someone sold it for £40 😩

I’ll hold out for a eno. I’m really fond of the frame so would like to keep using it even if there are more sensible options.

Unless you know someone who’s handy with aluminium welding, replacing the dropouts is almost certainly not cost effective.
You're also going to know what type of alloy the frame is made from, because the alloy track ends will need to be made from a compatible alloy, and you may well also need to strip all the paint off and get the frame heat-treated after the new track ends have been welded into place, since the welding will anneal the alloy in the chain stays and seat stays. It's very unlikely you'd be able to get that done for less than the price of an ENO hub. Or a new Dolan frame.
I have a man alloy road frame I would like to convert to fixed gear.
I’ve hunted for a white industries ENO hub but come up empty handed so am considering having track ends on. I can find steel ones but nothing in Aluminium. Anyone know of anything?
