  • I've had something similar in the past, which I think was brought on by a 22 mile run with a change of clothes and shoes in a bag.

    I ended up injured.

    Might be an idea to see if you can limit what you carry if possible? Or rest for a bit

  • I'm pretty sure I'm not doing too much distance - just 7ish km less than once a week. I will try to bring my clothes/stuff in the day before instead then and see if that helps at all. And have some time off.
