I have a dodgy knee and I've convinced myself that leaving the world of SPD and going back to road cleats will go part of the way to helping reduce the pain I've been getting.
Before going ahead and splashing ~£30 on brand new cheap pedals, thought Id ask if anyone has any used Look Keo's knocking around? Waste not want not. Have two pairs of shoes with cleats but not the pedals...
