Cinelli was 26,4 sins mid 90' and the rare 26,0 doesn't make the crushed bottom part due to incompatibility there.
From my experience the only Cinelli vintage stem in 26,0 that I saw was a first generation 1A
I have a 21,8 quill 1R and a 26,8 Clamp Criterium bars...
