My commute covers a lot of the heavily used bike lanes, will keep em peeled. Both very recognisable bikes.

where do the stolen bikes end up in Glasgow, the Barras?
Is it worth having a look around there this weekend?
Good luck getting them back. -

You’d think at least Paisley or Johnstone, a bit of distance, probably depends who stole it.

I think it was opportunistic - someone spotted the open window and got lucky. I've made a flyer that I'm going to give to bike shops in case someone tries to shift it in Glasgow. And I've also set up some Gumtree searches... not sure what more I can do for now. Still waiting for a local police officer to be assigned.

Dredging this post as I think (!) I saw a Cadex very similar to mine being ridden north down the cycle path towards the Brazen Head this morning. I wasn't able to follow them but I'd very much like to make sure it's not the same bike. It had purple bar tape.
Offchance that the person is on here - but if not and anyone sees a silver and red fade paintjob with purple bars could you please take a snap of it and if poss get the frame number?
Stolen today in Govanhill, from my close (they cut through the banister it was attached to)
-Tubus Fly rack
security skewer on the front wheel
Pink Kona Hanna MTB, was for sale here: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/321610/#comment14299917
I've got the frame number of the Cadex and it's tagged with Bikeregister - Pics to follow. I've reported the theft to the cops.
If anyone sees these about, please call me on 07913 398856 (Matt)
Cheers
