Broken links aside, you will find that not all headsets are the same size. If you want a pin spanner then I actually would recommend the park one purely because the springiness of it keeps it in place slightly/allows for slightly different sizes.

I just checked the two I need to adjust, they're both 32mm. But yeah, the fact that they're all different (everyone loves how often the bicycle industry changes standards) is why I wanted an adjustable one. But I don't think I'll be owning a 1 1/8" threaded 36mm headset any time soon and if I am I guess I'll just borrow a tool

Cheapest one I can find is this which isn't very cheap, and only a pound or two cheaper than Park.
Oh well, it'll do the job, and the pin thing will be useful for those stupid BBs that need one. Can manage on pedals and hubs for now.
