    Yes, but since the slide and worm are as thick as a normal adjustable spanner, it will take up just as much space in your tool box as a #tester_approved pile of individual cone spanners.

    I will assume that I'll never have to deal with a threaded 1 1/8" headset but if those ones that fits 4 sizes of headset nut are okay that'd be good

    Cyclo do all the sizes, they're cheap and plenty good enough for home use. It's not clear what Park and VAR bring to the table apart from double the price.
