I've got a black 2016 Arise in my cellar waiting to be built up :)
LBS couldn't order a small frame for me because the distro didn't have one, but it would have meant spending more cash on disc brakes, a new wheel etc. This way I've just bought the frame and some mini V's from my LBS which cost £25.
Now I just need the time to actually build it!
To be fair I could have done it this weekend but I was too busy riding and slacking in the sun...
I am swinging towards this, partly because to be honest so far my test riding of this particular Arise has been a bit disappointing, so shelling out so much on the frame doesn't seem like the best move.
I do think it's probably the set up/parts. Those Kenda tyres are neither fish nor foul and slow it down, it has some VERY wide handlebars and I think the set back seatpost puts me in slightly the wrong position. Also the brakes are rubbish, even in these bone dry conditions - apparently they're pretty much useless in the wet - and the saddle is not comfortable. At all. But even with the saddle at the right height it feels like my power isn't going down properly.
Apart from that it's fine :)
What 650b wheels are you using @Rodolfo ?
@aka if I get one my build will be much more boring and sensible than yours!
