I'm 6' 5" I also have 2 canyons one a 66cm and the other a 64cm. I also ride a couple of 63cm's. I'll get a tape measure out.

Headtube 22cm
Top tube c-c 59 cm
My seat height from crank centre to top of seat 90cm
Stem currently slammed but additional 3cm of spacers on fork steerer above stem

Be great to know a bit more, I currently ride a 3XL Canyon and a 66cm (c-c) Cannondale so it will be a bit smaller than them but I can live with some seat post out.
