The cog is called the "outer", as it comprises the main housing of the whole assembly and is hence quite a bit to replace. Charlie charges £55.
55 is about right. It was 30ish when I bought a 19T from him about 2 years back.
Even Shimano prices have gone up by quite a bit since...
