BL-R400
I have a set of these I'm going to swap out (not a fan of the smaller hoods) if anyone wants them

Can anybody think of a part that has a 22 mm 1.0 pitch female thread? Some sort of lock nut/bezel ring affair. Preferably with an inwards flange at one end with a 18 mm bore, that is not a necessity though.
Doesn’t have to be bike specific. It’s for an ignition lock, but the part is not available by itself.
Thanks -

Which year and model of motor vehicle is it? There are always breakers/scrap yards you could visit or ring.

1982 Moto Guzzi.
But I was hoping for something slightly more solid than the OEM plastic thing. -

Thanks. Thing is I really don't like the blob of metal in the center of the crank. Had an Alfine crank and as said, ticks all the technical boxes, but just hope there's an equivalent that isn't as ugly.
The ultegra gunmetal 5 arm ( 6601/6604) looks alright because the blob of metal isn't as blobby. I guess I'll try to source me one of them.
Wasn't looking for a triple specifically, just gave it as an option to widen the scope of suggestions.@mdcc_tester, no shit. Its just that I find HollowTech ii is a better system then gxp and I already have it on other bieks so easier.
Do have a tester approved mirage ultra torque also, but 135bcd and i want 130bcd because I own a plethora of chainrings in that size. -

I assume the OEM plastic thing has lasted since 1982 so not too bad but what about lighting or electronic components. Have a look in B&Q, Wickes etc. If only Maplin were still about.

Are there any way to buy Craftsman tools in Europe? I'm looking for the Z-driver bit wrench.
-
• #92189
Not quite as low-profile, but is this any good? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Victorinox-Bit-Wrench-Swiss-Tool/dp/B000MLSC8Y
There's a ratcheting version which is a bit slimmer, but it's pricey: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Victorinox-3-0306-Ratchet-Case-Silver/dp/B000MLUB5G

Can you replace the cogs on White Industries freewheels or just the bearings?
-
• #92191
Wera do a tiny bit ratchet.
-
• #92192
Yeah, I've looked at both Victorinox, Wera and Mineral Design. Don't think I want a ratchet and like the price point of the Craftsman.
-
• #92193
Yes, but the part is pretty expensive and I think you are meant do do the/one of the bearings at the same time as removing it from one 'tooth ring' and refitting to another without trashing it is meant to be pretty hard.

Anyone ever had cycling shoes repaired? Or know of a place that does repairs to straps and buckles, not just resoling?
All google is returning is places that'll repair/replace Five Ten rubber soles.

I'm trying to find a female rapper but I can't remember her name. I only saw one video of hers, it was in black and white , late 90's - early 00's, she's wearing an oversized jacket. I want to say her name is something like lykke li but obviously it's not her.
@HatBeard I know you know a lot about the area, any ideas?

Great sounds, but no she was more petite than queen Latifa (I don't wish to categorise someone by their figure, but I can only remember the visual)
It was one of those 'down the barrel' style videos -

Don't know what that means, but maybe Nikki D?

Ah crested penises thanks.
I like the shape of the SRAM levers but the hole where the shifting mechanism should be annoys me when climbing out of the saddle. I'm going to try the fancy TRP ones next. The Shimano BL-R400 are nice if you like smaller hoods.
