I saw Peter yesterday and he was riding it.
He explained it was an experiment in how shoddily a frame could be constructed and still be ridden. He has ridden it into stairs etc and it's still survived.
Lol, that's my sort of experiment
Can't imagine the chain tension works very well though
Edit: oh hang on, it has got a barely visible "chain stay" on the drive side so I guess the tension would be okay
