Is HZD any good? I really enjoyed AC origins but I struggle to enjoy many other running about a bit style games.

I've had HZD for ages and only really started playing it a couple of weeks ago.
It's alright, but doesn't make me itch to play it.

Been on the Origins trail myself. Going to try and 100% it then uninstall before I get sucked into the dlc. Need some life back. Am at 89% at the mo but that probably means I'm not remotely close.

Since I don’t do first person shooters, multiple online things or RPG’s, and prefer third person action and puzzle games horizon feels like it’s right in my wheelhouse.
We’ll see l’ve got a weekend coming when Blackfoot Jnr and the mrs are up north with the outlaws so will test the water then.
Actually really looking forward to starting god of war. But want to charge through uncharted 4, after I crushed lost legacy in a weekend and got the itch to climb, shoot and work through QuickTime events again..

You mean difficult to get into or actual gameplay is hard?

Been playing lots of wreckfest, it's basically old kent road the game.

I 100% it when it came out; took a while but never got grindy.

Haven't touched the DLC but apparently it's pretty good.

What does this mean?

Wikipedia states "Wheelhouses are the small enclosed parts of a bridge which historically held the ship's steering wheel." So "in someone's wheelhouse" refers to something being within one's areas of competency, like command of a ship is within a ship captain's abilities.

I thought it a much better running around a bit game than AC:O.

I think I'm just not good at games with limited resources. I switched it down to easy last night and doing a lot better.

I am at like 98% not sure what I'm missing.
Really enjoyed the DLC though, esp. the last one with the dead rising (it's a bit silly but fun)

100%ed AC:O the other day (excluding dlc). Enjoyable but very grindy at the end because I just wanted it done.

Just updated PUBG to find the Sanhok update finally live. Fun map. I'm very sluggish - haven't played in a few weeks and it showed. 3 kills and I was done. Fingers all mapped to AC:O as well so I was vaulting with Alt etc.

Just gave pubg m a proper go - winner winner chicken dinner.

Its full of bots right? There's no way real people are that bad.

Think it's back to Fortnite for me - hard to beat that feeling of being completely out of your depth!

DLd CoD Black Ops 3 as it's free on PS+

Straight into Hardcore Team Deathmatch, it's been a long time since I've played a CoD game and it shows.
Need a few games to get my eye in, then its time to turn it off.
Might have to play the campaign and see if that improves my twitch reflexes.

The number of bots goes down as your level rises. Once you hit about level 10-15 there are drastically less. When there are about 20 they're few and far between and you're mostly coming up against 'pro' players who make you wish you were still a level 3 player again.

Came across a DS Lite. Anyone got any actually good spare carts? Better yet, anyone got a working flashcart going unused?

Just had a weird game on Sanhok in which my entire team died on landing so I soloed my way from one side of the map to the other where I lay in a pretty solid position completely in cover (rocks either side, in a dip on top of a hill). Suddenly headshotted. Fairly obvious cheat is fairly obvious (deathcam showed him about a mile away suddenly spinning round 180 degrees and no scoping me with a Kar.

THEN it got fun spectating with about 40 players all teaming causing untold destruction to those who weren't also cheating. They got into the smallest zone and suddenly undressed and whipped out their pans before panning each other. I recorded the whole thing natch, though had headphones in so the phone recording doesn't show the cacophony of pans and gunfire.

So boring. Tedious right from the get go. Terrible dialogue/voice acting. Anything you can loot is clearly highlighted like a tutorial and everything else is not interactive. Zombie AI is dumb etc etc

And no refunds from microsoft. I feel robbed.

DS is a gamers game. From the start you figure stuff out with occasional, sometimes arcane help ( or hindrance) from others playing leaving in game messages.
