5000 / 10000 races at Walthamstow track this evening.

I'm in the 'slow' race at 6.45pm, @juanito and @PhilPub are also racing, but in different races.

Ah yeah, good luck! I might be able to cheer you on around some of my warm-up. I'm trying to tell myself it's a very low-key race and to take it easy, since a PB's way out of the question. So I'll probably get sucked into trying to keep up with someone quicker than me and having a nightmare anyway. Can't wait!

I reckon I'll still be going round and round at 7.05. My main aim this year (same as last year) is to avoid coming last.
