I'm after a Brompton S3L (or straight handle bars, with gears), not fussed too much on the year but it needs to be in fairly good nick with no immediate need for new bits as I need to use it for the daily commute, in and around the famous Londons, due to taking the fixed on the train isn't appearing as possible now that south west trains are western. Cowboys.........
The problem i feel is that i've only a budget of £400, maybe £450 and I'm not sure it's possible. At present I'm not considering the other brands, tern, dahon etc mostly because they don't seem to fold as small and getting it on the train with little to no tuts would be good.
I'm expecting to be shot down for this, but you never know there maybe a chance.
Any Brompton advice appreciated.
