My old washing machine died - I bought a new one, a decent brand and cost a lot, I paid for the delivery + installation. The new one had a problem, it gave an error code that google told me was due to water not getting in.
I moaned to the shop, they sent an engineer out who confirmed that new machine was not working properly, they arranged a replacement.
New replacement came today, and the same problem, error code and insufficient water. The installer / engineer now says it’s a problem with our water pressure, valve etc.
What do I do? How do know if he’s right ? How do check water pressure is sufficient for washing machine? ( ive lived here for over 10years with washing machine in same place, no previous issues with water pressure)
