Well given the barrel is partially turned, all the pins must be engaged, so just use something in the other side and turn it until you can stick another key in, presumably.
edit: actually I guess the other side doesn't turn with the interior. Duh.
Pliers somehow? pin spanner? smoosh your finger against it and rotate? dunno

I have access to both sides, it is the interior. How might I straighten the barrel?
