Do you suffer insomnia from long duration or high intensity efforts and if so do you have any remedies beyond hydrate and cool down?
cold shower works ok. the idea is to get the blood away from the muscles and back towards the organs, apparently. has to be proper cold though so it's quite unpleasant.
