This place/person has been mentioned to me before. No idea if it’s any good/worth the price but I’m looking for somewhere to remove a ti post I’d rather keep than destroy if possible.

yep.
brute force with an old seat, 10 ft scaf pole clamped onto top of post, made a puller thing to try and wind it out...
it's properly stuck - needs cutting out. (or caustic soda, but i don't want to melt the paint off)
