Not necessarily. Most Frankenwatches seem to be a mishmash of og bits of different watches, usually with a redial.

I think the WatchCo SM300s are slightly different - they might be a mismatch of different SM300 years but they all (as far as I know) come from SM300s.

Service dials are different to original. Serial numbers won’t match and it’s near enough impossible to get the right bracelet now. Also as far as I know Omega won’t service it, but that’s not an issue as no one in their right mind would have Omega service a watch unless it was under warranty
