Campag cog... What's missing?

I got this cog off ebay for twelve quid so pretty chuffed... But all is not well, seems I think I'm a spacer short or something and he put some bizarre aluminium sleeve in the bag. It's nine speed so here goes...

Uh huh.... Just spotted a spacer missing between the two riveted sections 9S 12-21 I think he lobbed that sleeve in so it looked right. Anyone got one, or what should I be looking for? Cheers

according to Sheldon Brown a spacer that's 2.8m thick.
Are the other spacers this thick?
Caveat - I'm not a Campag user.

Fixed it that gopping alloy thing fits between the riveted cogs, although at first it seems to fly in the face of logic. Cheers!
