I use one of these

It can come a little loose so I put a safety pin through the strap but otherwise it works well.

Who makes a simple reliable one that:
isn’t likely to try and kill me like the Rapha one did by spilling its contents
Isn’t going to fall off like the one I had that was only secured by Velcro
Doesn’t use a twist bracket like my scion one where the bracket has worn away due to road vibrations.
It should hold at minimum a multi tool, inner tube and co2. possibly ventolin and epi pen.
