    I went out Saturday morning with a vauge route in mind. Run to parkrun (at top of hill), run park run, drop down other side of hill to canal, follow canal, drink from tap I was hoping would be unlocked (it was), drop onto river path and follow back towards town a bit before turning to loop over a hill and return home, possibly via another hill if time permitted.

    Didn't plan on getting lost at the top of hill 2, at the farthest point from home on the route, without a phone, money, or anything to drink. Dried out like a crisp. Finally got back on track, but was really suffering by that point, found a spring that I'd heard might be ok to drink from, took the chance but it was way too late. Spent most of the day with a headache. Didn't have time for the potential 3rd hill :(

    Still, got through over 18 miles and about 2000' of up and down so a decent training run :)
