• St Mary Cray, or the quite new @cgg Coulsden South Feelin' Experimental route probably? But you are now v close to Layhams, aka the single portal through which all SE London roadie douchebags must use to enter The Lanes

  • Thinking of St Mary Cray for this week. Any objections/better suggestions?

  • I'm in - I hope it's everything I imagine it to be.

  • No objections..

[Did I imagine it, or did we agree to ride back via a pub stop last time?]

  • Hope to come along. I'm also low on credits after a long weekend getting muddy on Exmoor.

Pub wise, could we stop at the pub in crockenhill on the last leg? Train people can then either crack on to Mary Cray or shortcut to Swanley if the (my) legs have given up.

  • I'm away this week, enjoy. Though we definitely ought to stop at the pub on the way back.

  • Roll up, roll up. Then roll down a bit, then up some more, then down again, then up a lot, then down...

  • Anyone fancy a midsummer night's Ingatestone special next Thursday?

  • I could do next Thurs as I won't be able to make the following week.

  • Sounds delightful

  • I'll try but I sorta think it's not going to happen for me but please continue

  • Yeah potentially!

  • Yes please!

  • I should be free for this one, ridiculously my 1st of the season

  • Also in..

  • Yes!

  • I'm out this week. Having taken Monday evening to watch football, I'm overdrawn on brownie points.

It was soooo quiet riding back last night at 9:30 though. It was still really light in Richmond Park, gates were shut and I passed one other person the whole way round. Do you reckon we could ride next Thursday, but put the football on a radio for best of both worlds?

  • Looking likely

  • After the success of this week's Solstice Special, who wants to escape football next Thursday with a return to regular service? Shall we stay North, or venture South?

  • I've also made a thread to discuss this grand idea that is the spoon-to-spoon ride: https://www.lfgss.com/events/4143/

  • If we stay north we might be able to break another colleague of mine

  • What about Hemel Hempstead then? I don't think I've ever done this one.

  • Looks good apart from the relatively pricey train - £18 return!

  • That is a little pricey. Are we still in debit for 5 Hills or the Widowmaker?
