soooo... last cog too close to frame. Guessing Shamals aren't ten speed?

The lock ring snugs up nicely but pop the thing in the frame and there isn't enough space for the chain to jump to the last cog with a campag ten speed block. What block goes well with a shamal? The frame was about 128mm, I wonder if its been cold set at some point, and gone back a bit by itself as it certainly isn't 130mm. Thanks all...

It's the frame not the wheel. If its steel try a hammer to make clearance.
