Yeah, this is bullshit, a massively over the top sentence for someone who needs assistance not prison.

@rhb rest is definitely training... I blew some cobwebs away with a 2k steeplechase and a leg of the 4x400 this afternoon.

Big BGR weekend, should be some decent times coming in.

Steeplechase sounds fun, 400m less so!

Would be lovely to be out in any hills this weekend.
