Will it be any cheaper in the end? Doing it for the joy of a ‘custom’ watch you built yourself?
Bear in mind the resale value probably won’t match your receipts for parts.

They have everything except the Cal 565 for the date model, or the Cal 552 for non date. The latter is possibly more desirable and easier to work on.

just saw that cousins uk have omega seamaster parts. the one that is discontinued. so since i dont have the funds to buy one now i decided to take it slow and buy parts until i have the complete watch. for the watchmakers here (or people that have more knowledge than me), do cousins uk have all the parts i need for this watch? thought i start with dial and hands, the movement, then case and finally the bracelet. what do you think?
