Also lack a dremel I'm afraid, I basically just have some pliers, spanners and multitools.
Though knowing what a dremel is hopefully opens my options in case there's any about in the East

Tried to no avail (sans shouting explicatives), unfortunately the pitlocks are shaped perfectly to be impossible for thieves and key owners alike, as a smooth cone the harder I bite with the grips/pliers the faster they slide off
