There's disappointingly few examples of people doing cool shit with their lithiums. It appears to me to be a pretty cheap bike with decent potential for something a little different. Is there a catch that I'm missing?
Have to say the paint on the 920 is pretty lovely and a light bike is always welcome, even if weight isn't a priority for this build. Why does it need mtb wheels? Do you mean 26" or do you just mean wide rims or what? In terms of reach - would using flat bars be a problem, then?
My missus has a lithium and its a suprisingly capable bike , will run 29er wheels with a 50mm tire, spacing is 135/100. frame isn't the most elegant but its not that heavy either .
