There's one on eBay right now, size L, white, in London for £68, thought about posting it for you but it's aluminium frame so thought that'd be a bigger issue than internal cables
Ends tonight

how weird - search for 'pinnacle lithium' doesn't show any ending tonight.

Nothing flashy but would do the job.
Edit: beaten to it

Which chainring is that on the Force1 cranks?

Coz when you search for a bike it defaults to "bikes" category when frames are listed in... well, "frames"

Readers; loaded up for London -> Bristol -> Chippenham last weekend.
Didn't skip a beat. More, better photos soon (when my new stem arrives from Stayer!).

Nice!

beautiful bike but not enough clearance with guards and also not internal cable routing. Also too expensive at around £1000 for the frameset alone

Anyone mention Trek 920? Think you can have them for cheap these days.

yeah, uber gruber did - i quite like it. Still not proper internal routing but ticks a few other boxes.
Still, having seen how cheaply I could do the Pinnacle lithium, I'm tempted.

Just get the pinnacle

I've had one. They're shockingly light, Canal sized clearences, decent mount points, can take guards easy and are really competent on gnarly off road..
But they have their foibles. It was a bit dead feeling. Needed proper MTB wheels and reach was a bit long, for me at least.
For more funzzz, I'd take the Lithium. I really miss the Arkose.

There's disappointingly few examples of people doing cool shit with their lithiums. It appears to me to be a pretty cheap bike with decent potential for something a little different. Is there a catch that I'm missing?
Have to say the paint on the 920 is pretty lovely and a light bike is always welcome, even if weight isn't a priority for this build. Why does it need mtb wheels? Do you mean 26" or do you just mean wide rims or what? In terms of reach - would using flat bars be a problem, then?

Likewise with the arkose when I got that but +MechaMorgan and his camo one put my tiny mind at ease and I built one anyway and now I love it.

aye, was drooling over that! Lovely build.
I should have some faith in Pinnacle - the designer clearly knows their stuff.

That, my friend, is my old Arkose, in a way cooler build.
@gillies Asked @edscoble about the geo, but I found the Arkose really effective in 650 guise. It's nimble without being twitchy. It really surprised me doing Epping Forest in winter. I suppose maybe brand snobbery comes into it, but you're not going to find people banging on about riding a 'Pinnacle', despite them being bloody brilliant.
I had the 920 with risers and that's when it came alive really. It's quite slack, so with a shorter stem it felt more like a mountain bike. I'd probably stick with 700" wheels on it though.
650 allowed for massive tyres, but anything more than 165mm cranks and you'll have pedal strike. Wheel issue was bolt through. 142x10 and 15x100 if I remember right. This was a white ago so a bit hazy on the memory. -

My missus has a lithium and its a suprisingly capable bike , will run 29er wheels with a 50mm tire, spacing is 135/100. frame isn't the most elegant but its not that heavy either .
