went, didn't take photos, came back
luckily platypus bagged a few, had a nice day out in the sun, did a mix of routes, downhill sections cross country routes and some climbing
lots of reps of claypit hill off road section for some reason
tea hut for r&r plus a pub stop, then back along the ching to wanstead
