yowch. our block already had asbestos removal, double glazing done in 2008. its only 3 flats and one story high, and made of bricks... so hoping it wouldnt be that heavy a bill.

Fingers crossed for you! Lambeth were hung out to dry by the contractors because of the scale, hopefully as this is smaller and seems to have been invested in more it should be a lot less painful.
