Am I being too Chinese that I don't want a property near a crematorium or a cemetery no matter how much and how nice it is?

Probably.

We live near one of the original Victorian cemetaries and there's 2 other large ones nearby.

So far, zero hauntings in 4 years.

And, dead people make for quiet neighbours.
