60cm ratty beater for sale/swap - £25 or 10spd rear wheel

I am selling my much loved rat/pub bike. Clearing out the garage and need to make the room.

I was going to use it over the winter so it’s got a new Shimano UN-55 bottom bracket, Sturmey Archer chain set (44T), new cheapo KMC chain and an Ultegra front brake.

Paint work is a bit of a state and the headset could do with a bit of attention, but other than a set of wheels and pedals (pedals in photo not included), it’s good to go.

Sizes:
Seat tube (c-t): 60cm
Top tube (c-c): 53cm

Will take £25 or happily swap for a 10 speed rear wheel (Shimano).
